This is my set of new 2014 Playmate TMNT 1990 movie turtles. I would have loved a set of these as a ten year old. As it turned out I needed to wait 20 years for them but hey, I have em now. I was even super excited when they were announced about a year ago...then I saw them.
Well that's a little unfair, I was a bit disappointed with them when I saw the pics initially, but after repainting them I have to say that the sculpts are pretty good, it's just the paint jobs that are total crap. I'm happy with the repaint job and how the mask trails turned out, an element that's essential to get right in my opinion.
